The purpose of a question is NOT to get an answer, it's to inspire thought. For this reason, questions are much more powerful than advice.The next time you are about to give advice, I challenge you to instead ask the other person a question... A question that will make that person think and discover their own solution.
- Improve somebody else's day - Can I help you with that?
- Develop and grow businesses - Is there a better way to solve this problem?
- Deepen relationships - How are you coping?
- Keep our lives on track - Are you sure you want to do that?
